Times are hard.. this financial crunch is tough. And everyone feels the need to put-off any home improvements or fix up work, this time of year. But many projects can be completed in a very short time period.. and wouldn't it be nice if the toilet flushed properly? Or maybe your toilet is about to go through the floor from water damage? Let me repair that for you. Maybe you only need new weather stripping added to your door? Or to remodel your basement!
Well, whatever your plans are for home improvements, fix-ups or repairs, give me a call, I have low overheard, and do excellent work! Are you curious about typical rates? I found a link, where about 130 handymen and contractors described their rates.. and services. Nearly ALL OF THEM, had significantly higher rates than I (for handyman services).. and yet their specialized rates for electrical or plumbing services were double to tripple my rates!! So take a look if you are interested in what others are saying about their charges. And leave me a comment, so I can contact you.. regarding your project or fix up needs!

Blog Renovation!
Hello Folks!
It's possible that today I have a functional Blog.. where you can leave your contact information, notes or any questions, as private comments. If they are for general information, I'll post them.
I've placed a few photos in my slide-shows.. as basic indicators of the work I do, or have done. Yes in '88 I constructed a new building for my business, with the help of a few friends. In 2003, I got this wild idea.. to move it! So again, with some assistance from time to time, I moved this 30,000#+ building myself.. the hard way. But instead of investing $18,000 for two separate moves needed by "the professionals".. I spent about $250 in green materials, (and more than a few man hours) to move it about 1/4 mile. Somewhat surprised, I managed to place it on the new foundation I had prepared within a 1/8" all the way around, without damage. I'll include more photos soon.
If anyone is interested in the details.. leave me a comment, and I'll write it up! It's a sad thought that today we are often led to believe that "whatever" is impossible.. or must be left up to others to accomplish. NOT TRUE! We all have within us.. the ability to do ANYTHING! It just takes gumption, and some trust and belief in one's self.
Yes, I'm here to promote my business.. and if your gumption supply is runinng low.. or the time you have available.. I'll help you complete your tasks, your repairs, or remodels. But I do love to help others with DIY info, from simple to complex solutions. So hopefully I can Pay It Forward. Being here, for one another.. is what it's all about. I enjoy making new friends, and hope to share more here on this site as well.

Fumbling toward ecstasy
Well, I have now successfully removed myself from the Spammers list! (I think!) Could be Progress.. but if only in not going backwards. What is this exactly.. our computer revolution.. which is supposed to be so helpful and beneficial?? I've been around computers since 1981.. Vector-Graphics, w/Z-80 processors at a blinding 4 Mhz clock speed, with cassette tape software, and boot programs loaded by toggle switches.. so yeah, things are better... but still... shouldn't.. couldn't this be easier?
I mean.. slideshow?? How difficult should that be? Click on a few photos.. add a caption or two? Well hang in there, more views are on the way. And more importantly... KNOW that my saw and my level, they comfort me.. I can build or repair just about anything. And who knows, maybe I will come to understand blogging just as well!?!?
